Presented by guest teacher Elizabeth Whissell (RYT-500), certified Yoga Tune Up Instructor, from Ottawa.
Upstairs at the Town Hall in Spencerville, 18 Centre St. *Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to register and settle in.
Using Yoga Therapy Tune Up balls (provided for the workshop), learn self-massage techniques and corrective exercises to erase pain and tension in the neck, shoulders, arms, and hands! Registration includes a 2.5 hour practice, 10% off the purchase of Yoga Tune Up balls on the day of the workshop, and a sequence printout for your home practice.
