Fall Yoga Classes Have Reached Capacity. Add your name to the waiting list here
Please Read the Covid-19 Protocols in Place ... helping to keep us all safe
- If you feel unwell, have any symptoms typically associated with Covid-19, have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19, or have been travelling outside of Canada in the past 14 days, please stay home, do not come to class!
- Registration is required to reserve your spot. Registration options include this website, email, phone and Facebook message. Since spaces are limited, your space must be confirmed. Waiting lists will be created when spaces are filled
- To help ensure that each class is a consistent group or "pod" of students for the entire session, there is no swapping of classes. Drop-ins and trial arrangements are not available at this time. Priority will be given to full-fee payers. Pay-as-you-go options will only be available to registered, regular students, if spaces are remaining. If you wish to be considered for this option, please contact Sue
- Hand sanitizer will be available upon entering and leaving class
- For contact tracing purposes, all facilities require students' names and phone numbers. A list will be provided by Sue to the appropriate contact person after each class. These lists must be kept for one month
- Masks must be worn when entering and exiting facilities, in common areas, and when visiting the washroom. Once seated on our mats and class begins, your mask may be removed until class ends, if that is your choice
- To achieve social distancing, mats will be placed so that students are a minimum of 6 feet apart in pre-delineated spaces, with a maximum student capacity in each class
- Students must bring all of their own equipment and props, as appropriate - mats, blocks, bolsters, straps / ties, small blankets or large towels, and water bottles
- As agreed upon with facilities in all locations, cleaning of the space, including washrooms, is the responsibility of facility staff
- If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Sue
